  • Drive customer success as a point of contact for customers.
    Connect with customers to offer insight and provide additional resources and cross selling opportunities.
    Work alongside senior members of the team to build customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth.
    Prioritize and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
    Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales.
    Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • College degree required
    Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
    Organized approach to work.
    Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
    Strong initiative and communication skills.
    High adaptability to situational and organizational changes.
    1 to 2 years of account management, consulting, and/or sales experience from a financial services or technology company preferred.
